Salute Our Services: Disclaimer

INTRODUCTION
Salute Our Services (SOS) matches volunteer spouses of formerly deployed Army service people (Mentors) with spouses of currently deployed Army service people (Mentees). Matches are based on profiles completed by Mentors and on request forms and interviews completed by and with SOS. SOS makes a good faith effort to assess each Mentor's experience based on the particulars of a Mentee's request.
SOS makes the following disclaimer, waving liability regarding any and all services provided pursuant to or as a result of a match.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The role of SOS in the Mentor Program is to assist interested participants to establish mentorship relationships. SOS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents hereby disclaim all express and implied warranties with respect to work performed by Mentors or other volunteers, including but not limited to work performed by Mentors or SOS volunteers pursuant to SOS's Mentor program, as specified herein.
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By submitting a request for an SOS Mentor, in writing or otherwise, the requestor assents to the complete terms of this disclaimer.
The Mentee does thereby agree to indemnify, release, discharge and covenants not to sue SOS, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers or Mentors (collectively referred to as Releasees) from any and all damages, liability, lawsuits, claims or demands whatsoever, including but not limited to damage from strict liability or ordinary negligence of Releasees which causes the Mentee, officers, directors or agents personal injury, death or property damage (intellectual, real or otherwise).
